Our food is made of preparations per minute with carefully selected local products. The firings are slow and low temperature in order to harmonize the flavors and keep intact the properties of the ingredients. The extra virgin olive oil, seasoning base of each preparation, is the product of the farm of our group of companies.
The winery is in constant training: to the base there are labels of our land wisely selected by choosing from the generous proposals of the area of the "Super Tuscan".
